Nicky Jam, born Nick Rivera Caminero on March 17, 1981, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is an American singer and songwriter renowned for his contributions to reggaeton and Latin trap music. Of Puerto Rican and Dominican descent, he moved to Puerto Rico at the age of ten, where he immersed himself in the burgeoning reggaeton scene. He began recording music at fourteen, releasing his first EP ...Distinto a los demás in 1995.
