Paulie Rhyme Releases The Jose Mateo EP, Tour Pacific Northwest In April

Released on March 9th (R.I.P. B.I.G.), this 9 track project is available for free download at https://www.infinityfunk.com and is in support of the upcoming Pacific Northwest tour bearing the same name.

Picking up where the Less than Zero (w. international tastemaker/dj Mick Boogie) mixtape left off, Cleveland bred, Bay Area MC Paulie Rhyme goes in with San Jose production team, 84 Productions (Rey Resurreccion and Ronnie Lee), and crafts a hard hitting, heartfelt, reality based project. Jose Mateo is play on the names of the cities that they collective is based (San Jose and San Mateo), but represents a look into the diverse sty lings coming out of the west coast. The Ep touches on various topics from breakups, love, upliftment, poverty, and straight up no filler Hip Hop, and further delves in to the complex mind of an independent artist who is not afraid to show emotion or passion. Guests on this project include Moto, Rey Resurreccion, Ronnie Lee, Solis Cin, OneSelf DiVinci, Gi, and J Sparrow.

Paulie Rhyme has been putting in work on the indie circuit via various releases including last year's Dusk till Dawn (w. Prince Po), Public Radio, and the Less Than Zero mixtape with Dj Mick Boogie. Rhyme has also been hitting the road steady since 2005 rocking in over 39 states, Canada, and Japan. He will be embarking on the Jose Mateo tour (w. Dj Madd Hatter and Rey Resurreccion), making on stop in California on March 27th, then heading through the Pacific Northwest starting on April 2nd until April 9th.
