NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - Ja Rule, the Roots, Musiq Soulchild, Ashanti, and Fat Joe have joined the lineup for LIFEbeat's UrbanAID 2 benefit, scheduled for April 8 at the Beacon Theater in New York.

Alicia Keys, P. Diddy, and Jay-Z will also perform at the AIDS charity event. Comedian Jamie Foxx will host the festivities.

Tickets for the show, priced from $50-$175, will go on sale Friday (March 15) through Ticketmaster outlets.
