NASHVILLE, TN. (www.royalwadekimes.com) - Royal Wade Kimes has come up with his own version of an anthem to male independence. His new single, "Feelin' Stud," which just debuted on the Music Row charts, takes on all the current crop of female-dominated songs. According to Kimes, "Feelin' Stud" is a masculine retort to offset songs like Terri Clark's latest single "Girls Lie, Too." "Us cowboys have to stick together," Kimes noted in jest during a recent radio interview. Kimes has been touring the South Central and Southwest states extensively, highlighting his visits with appearances in numerous Hastings retail stores in support of his recently released album Cowboy Cool. "Feelin' Stud" is the second single off the new album. Kimes' cover of the Bob Dylan classic "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" was critically acclaimed and received considerable national and regional airplay earlier this year. "It's sure nice callin' all the shots / Step back boys I'm smokin' hot / Feelin' Stud Feelin Stud."
