Lonely The Brave Announce New Single 'Victory Line'
CAMBRIDGE, UK (Top40 Charts) After last night being premiered on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show as the Hottest Record in the World and with an additional play on Fearne Cotton's show already under their belts, Lonely The Brave today announce new single 'Victory Line'. With driving percussion and swirling guitars over David Jakes signature beguiling lyrics and anthemic vocals, 'Victory Line' is the kind of exceptional song writing we've come to expect from the most exciting UK rock band of the last 12 months.

'Victory Line' is now the 3rd single for Lonely The Brave in succession to be premiered by Zane Lowe, a huge fan of the band from day one as well as other Radio 1 DJs such as Fearne Cotton, Huw Stephens and Dan P Carter.

Their hugely anticipated debut album 'The Day's War' will finally be released on June 2nd including 'Victory Line' along with previous singles 'Backroads' and 'Trick of the Light'. Lonely The Brave will celebrate the release by playing a one off show at London's Dingwalls on June 4th. Then with a summer packed full of festival appearances with Download, 2000 Trees and Truck Festival just some of the appearances the band are cleared to make public.

- "a band whose name will soon be up in lights, whether they like it or not." - NME

- "The hype surrounding them is entirely justified…the start of something extraordinary for the band.- Kerrang!
