New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Roadrunner Records) Dream Theater drummer Mike Mangini was recently interviewed backstage before the group's concert in Montreal; you can watch the full clip above. In it, he discusses how Dream Theater's audience has grown and changed; how he approaches existing material when joining bands (he's played with Annihilator, Extreme, and Steve Vai, among others); how he contributed to 2011's A Dramatic Turn of Events versus 2013's self-titled album; his 11 years as a teacher at Berklee; and much more.
