Are We In Tolerance?
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ No Matter What Band) NO MATTER WHAT! is back with a non-violent explosion. Their latest track: "IN TOLERANCE" is being released today along with a provocative and at times rather explicit video. As usual, a Spanish version: "EN TOLERANCIA" is being released as well.

"IN TOLERANCE" is a song about coexistence in this wondrous world of diversity. The strong lyrics address polemic issues such as Gay Rights, Abortion, Social Class Division, Racism, Religion and Immigration along with the perceived conventional stereotypes often attached to both extremes of the spectrum. However, the underlying message is one of encouragement towards a choice that would ultimately bring about peaceful and constructive dialog. The words of "IN TOLERANCE" were written by Mona Seda and Hector Rivera who once again combine their opposite, yet harmonious, sensibilities for a perfect balance.

"IN TOLERANCE" has equally powerful music to illustrate the animosity and extreme emotional reactions that these topics generate. The players are the usual suspects with the addition of Jean Luis Contreras, co-founder of eclectic duo "Los Deux". Jean Luis provides incredibly tight & flavorful rhythm guitar parts as well as an energetic highly skilled solo over the tune's main chordal progression which happens to be in a seamlessly put together 15/8 pattern.

The groovy and incredible bass guitar lines are provided by Daniele DeCario, creator of "The Low Pulse Project". The bass track does not only fill up the bottom end of the sonic range, it is also comprised of clever melodic lines that that work extremely well with the rest of the instruments and vocals. The drum track by Hector Rivera is intense and executed with high precision. The trumpet parts masterfully put together and performed by Mona Seda, add the distinctive No Matter What! touch to the arrangement. The foundation rhythm guitar tracks and chorus theme guitar line were written and recorded by Hector Rivera. The vocal arrangement is an amazing tapestry of sound energetically delivered by Mona and Hector, seamlessly blending together diverse sections that include singing, yelling, rapping and a colorful a cappella break.

Both English and Spanish videos were put together by Mona and Hector utilizing strong images that depict both sides of the same coin. The images are at times disturbing and at times full of hope for a better world society. The lyrics are displayed over the images for a more effective delivery of the song's message. The videos are available on No Matter What!'s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/NoMatterWhatBand

The song was produced by Hector Rivera & Mona Seda; and arranged by Hector, Mona, Daniele and Jean Luis. All tracks were recorded at Riverananda Studios in Los Angeles with the exception of Jean Luis' guitar parts which were recorded at his studio. Both versions of the song were magnificently mixed and mastered by composer/arranger Shawn Lyon and a few of Hector's guitar tracks were re-amped at his studio in Los Angeles, California.

The release of "IN TOLERANCE" and "EN TOLERANCIA" brings No Matter What! one giant step closer to the completion of their debut album. The tracks are available for purchase at www.nimbitmusic.com/nomatterwhat and you can also follow No Matter What! on Facebook at www.facebook.com/NoMatterWhatBand
