Dave Klein (Black Flag, Screeching Weasel) Returns To They Stay Dead, Band Premieres New Single
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Jailhouse Records) Big news out of the Midwest from melodic punk act They Stay Dead. After 9 months searching for a replacement bass player, the band has announced that Dave Klein will be returning, effective immediately. Klein has spent his time away from They Stay Dead traveling the world on bass with Black Flag and Good For You.

To celebrate the band has released a stream of a brand new single titled "Bruise Banner" which you can, and should, check out. The song was produced and engineered by Mike Kennerty who recently produced Direct Hit!'s "Brainless God."

The band has also announced that Jailhouse Records will be releasing a 12" Self-Titled EP - also produced by Kennerty - on vinyl in early 2014. The release will drop ahead of a full-length album expected later in the year, also planned for Jailhouse.

They Stay Dead is booking shows for 2014 and the first is set for January 19, 2014 at The Conservatory in Oklahoma City with Off With Their Heads and The Menzingers.
