City Lights Upcoming Lp "The Way Things Should Be" (InVogue Records) Out 12/10; First Single And Pre-Orders Launch On October 31st
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Earshot Media) Columbus, OH's City Lights (www.facebook.com/citylightsband) will be putting out their highly anticipated sophomore record "The Way Things Should Be" on December 10, 2013 through InVogue Records (https://www.invoguerecords.com). The first single and preorders will be launched October 31, 2013.

They will be doing a tour in December around the record release - details to come soon.

Forming in early 2008, City Lights established themselves as a band with instantly lovable songs and a live presence to be reckoned with. Their debut EP "Rock Like A Party Star" was self-released in April of 2008 and to this day the record has sold over 5,000 copies without the help or promotion of a label or management. After several DIY tours City Lights completed successful runs with The Years Gone By, Sparks The Rescue, Mayday Parade, Amber Pacific, and The Dangerous Summer. This goes to show there are no signs of breaking the bond between this group of dedicated musicians.

The band launched a Kickstarter campaign in 2012 to fund a record with Brian McTernan (Circa Survive, Senses Fail, Thrice). They met their goal and set sail to pump out a brand new record. Expect a brand new album in 2013. Catch City Lights on tour now with Chunk, No Captain, Chunk! Handguns and State Champs!
