Mick Fleetwood, the co-founder of the iconic rock bank Fleetwood Mac will stop in New York between concerts for an appearance at the Grand Hyatt to introduce his private label wine to press and other invited guests. Aged for 30 months in French oak casks and 18 months in the bottle for optimal flavor development and structure, this wine earns the distinction: Mick Fleetwood, Private Cellar.
"This unique rare wine is a perfect compliment to the Grand Hyatt's new look and image reflected in our guestrooms and dining venues," said Norbert Relecker, senior food and beverage director, Grand Hyatt New York.
The Grand Hyatt New York recently underwent a $65 million renovation which features 1,336 completely refurbished guest rooms including Hyatt's new "Grand Bed," the Manhattan Sky restaurant and bar overlooking 42nd Street, and the Commodore Grill and Lounge. While completely updated with a stylish, contemporary look; the hotel's history dates back to 1918 when it first opened as The Commodore, an old-world European hotel.
