Simultaneously delicate and driving, Talabot's music pulls the listener into its own world. On his forthcoming DJ-Kicks mix, the Barcelona-based producer has constructed a narrative inspired by his experience of falling in love with electronic music in his hometown. "I think you get a good idea of what I'm all about from the mix," he says. "It represents my musical world, the sounds that I've been into over the years."
