Augustus Caesar Announces The Release Of His EP 'The 'Hope'
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Urban Dubz Music PR) London based alternative genre artist Augustus Caesar is thrilled to announce the release of his E.P, the 'Hope E.P', which will be available to download for free on Vibedeck from October 2013.

Augustus describes the 'Hope E.P' as "a fingerprint of his imagination in sound waves". He has so many genres of music in his mind, and a love for Rock and Hip Hop/Rap. Augustus' music is a fusion of these genres, which makes his sound unique. The E.P has 5 tracks in total and features the fans favourites, 'Drunken Style' and 'Hope'. He is also working on a second E.P, the 'Lion Heart E.P'.

Although Augustus received his first guitar as a birthday present from his dad back in 1996, it wasn't until the year 2000 when he realized his love for the instrument. Although Augustus had had some guitar lessons prior to this, it was at this point that he taught himself to play. He spent hours practicing and would play Jimi Hendrix covers for school concerts. He was even known to skip school in favour of practicing guitar! In 2006 Augustus moved to Brighton to attend the Brighton Institute of Modern Music.

Augustus had always been into Hip Hop and Rap and had grown up listening to Tim Westwood's radio show, but at music school Augustus discovered Rock, and it was here that the idea of starting to rap and play guitar came to light.
Max Necus from Soapbox says "Augustus has gained a strong following of people that come to listen to soulful music which touches the listener. Anyone is able to connect with what he's saying, especially as they know that he's produced, written and sung it all himself". He then added "There's nothing to stop him now; it really is just a matter of time".
