According to the Sotheby's (NY), records, clothes, cancelled cheques, furniture, sculptures, notebooks, hand-written lyrics, Cash's black 2002 Ford pickup truck and a 1970s photograph of Cash and his wife June will be auctioned over three days in New York. Lots from the estate of the "Man in Black" singer go on sale from September 14. A pair of his knee-high black alligator boots, is expected to fetch up to 1,700 pounds, while a maple-and-rosewood "fiddle guitar" dating back to the 1930s, could fetch between 5,600 and 11,200 pounds. One of the star's favourite guitars, the Hummingbird, may go under the hammer for 1,200 to 2,400 pounds, while a gold record for the album "I Walk the Line", is set to fetch between 1,200 to 1,800 pounds.
