Crooked Tongues - HeadRush EP

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Sticky Toffee PR) Crooked Tongues take your favourite elements of rock 'n' roll, indie and psychedelic rock and throw them together to create a sound growing in reputation. Born and raised in Leeds (except London boy Joe), the band's all encompassing sound is winning fans of alternative music from across the UK and beyond.

Comprised of Tom Dawson (Singer/Guitarist) + Joe Ablett (Guitarist/Backing Vocals) + Danny Kelly (Bassist/Backing Vocals) + Sam Kelly (Drums/Backing Vocals), the four-piece site a list of influences which match any self-respecting indie fan's t-shirt collection, with some contemporary threads spun in for good measure.

Formed in 2010, the band have steadily earned plaudits and appreciation from peers and press, culminating in the Leeds lads grabbing a list of slots at prestigious venues as well as Reading and Leeds Festivals.

Crooked Tongues now present their superb debut EP 'HeadRush', along with it's entrancing lead single 'The Fever'. Released via fast rising indie label Black White Records, the EP features 4 tuneful, melodic and spacious tracks with a satisfyingly pyschedelic twist.
