Atlanta, GA (Top40 Charts/ Hype Magazine) Rapper Benji Buckz released his debut single "Time In" via his new label situation with Universal
Music Group / Fontana. Buckz, a relatively new UMG/Fontana artist, wasted no time in making the move from concept to execution on this single project. His major distribution deal was announced officially only several months prior to this single release.
19 year old Buckz, gained ground in the rap industry with his independent releases, "
Bang Bang" and "Gasin" which features Glasses Malone.
Doors rapidly began to open for the artists directly after those independent projects, and he is rapidly becoming known for his clever lyrical wordplay and unique delivery; with the polish of an established pro.
"There is more than 1 meaning to the title, "Time In," you can take it how you feel and that's what makes the song stand out," says Benji Buckz. "The fire lyrics and insane flow just make the beat knock ten times harder" He continued.
Coming up through the ranks as an Independent artist, it was Buckz's single "
Bang Bang" (2012), that first caught the attention of major industry executives like Robert Terell of Wealth Nation, who ultimately orchestrated Benji's deal with UMG/Fontana.
Robert Terell aka "The Deal Maker" took the business reins for Buckz, bringing him into the Wealth Nation Entertainment fold, utilizing his years of industry experience to orchestrate the distribution deal with UMG. Benji Buckz joins stable mates like Gunplay (MMG), Soul For Real (Warner) and Harlem World who each has their own situations via Wealth Nation Entertainment.
