Music Connect conference to be held at Southbank Centre's Purcell Room, London on
September 9, 2013. The final sessions to be announced include an exclusive opening presentation, "Immersion and Engagement - What We Can Learn From Film", by noted composer and academic, Professor Stephen Deutsch (The Media School - Bournemouth University,
National Film & Television School) and two star-studded composer panels (with audience Q&A) addressing a wide variety of issues pertaining to the art and business of composing music for games.

Music Connect is created for aspiring and professional composers of all backgrounds and those interested in learning about the art and science of composing today's cutting edge video game soundtracks. The premiere Game
Music Connect event features the composers of some of the best-loved multi-million selling video game franchises including Halo, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Tomb Raider, Killzone, and Dead Space, as well as top audio directors from Bungie, Jagex, Microsoft and Sony Computer Entertainment.
