NEW YORK (50 Cent Fans Website) - US multi-platinum rapper 50 Cent and Finnish pop group Rasmus cut their sets short when they were booed and pelted with trash during Britain's Reading Festival. Finnish Grammy winners Rasmus played only one song Sunday before leaving the stage amid mud slinging and trash tossing, Sky News reported Monday. It was just kids chucking bottles and a bit of mud at them, it does sometimes happen. But obviously the crowd here today weren't really their crowd, one fan said of the Rasmus attack. 50 Cent, who took the stage later in the day, received the same greeting, with paper missiles thrown onstage and concertgoers booing the rapper before he even started his set. He left the stage after 25 minutes. More than 55,000 people attended the three-day concert in Reading, England. Morrissey, Green Day and The White Stripes, who were not booed offstage, were the festival's headliners.
