About One Days Notice:
Your soundtrack for a night of heavy drinking would not be complete without a few tracks from the Cleveland, Ohio rock band One Days Notice. The group came together in 2010 for the common goal of creating musical ecstasy. Soon after formation, they recorded their debut EP ...That's What She Said, which landed them supporting slots with acts such as: The Offspring, Bowling for Soup,
Mayday Parade, Punchline, Hawthorne Heights, and more. "We couldn't believe it when we found out The
Offspring wanted us to open up for them," says vocalist Chris Bassitt. "We have all been huge fans of theirs our whole lives, so getting that gig was incredibly validating." Not too shabby for a group of guys with tattoos and little to no ambition of having "real jobs."
In addition to headlining the Cleveland House of Blues multiple times, they have played the Vans Warped Tour, CMF, CMJ, and other sold out music festivals. The band has received praise in national radio and magazines including 96.5 KISSFM, 92.3K-ROCK, and Alternative Press, as well as being a featured artist on the Reverbnation homepage. One Days Notice worked with an eclectic mix of producers for their new album including Ben Schigel (Machine Gun Kelly, Chimaira, iPhonic), Jeff Blue (Linkin Park, Macy Gray) and Jim Wirt (Incubus, Something Corporate, Fionna Apple). The record will be released on
September 10, 2013.
