Sharon Isbin Receives Concert Artists Guild Virtuoso Award
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Sharon Isbin Official Website) Concert Artists Guild honors Sharon Isbin with their prestigious Virtuoso Award on June 11 gala event. Past Winners include Ned Rorem, Paquito D'Rivera, and Eugenia Zuckerman.

On June 25, a one-hour documentary on Sharon Isbin produced by Susan Dangel will receive its world premiere at the Guitar Foundation of America convention in Louisville. The film explores Isbin's inspiring and unusual journey, with performances from international concert stages to the GRAMMYs and the White House. Guests include Joan Baez, Garrison Keillor, Tan Dun, John Corigliano, Christopher Rouse, Joan Tower, Steve Vai, Janis Ian, Stanley Jordan, Mark O'Connor, Martina Navratilova, David Hyde Pierce, and many others.
