Grammy-winning Latin superstar Marc Anthony appears at Wolf Trap for the first time on September 10. Tickets go on sale Saturday, June 8 at 10 am.

The New York-born singer/songwriter has been dazzling audiences with his exquisite tenor tone, inspired phrasing, and energetic performances since the early '90s. Anthony's successful career as a tropical Latin music and pop icon has been recognized with two Grammy Awards, three Latin Grammys, and 13 Billboard Latin Music Awards. His most recent salsa hit, "Vivir Mi Vida," reached No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart and is set to appear on a new album slated for release in July 2013. Other No. 1 Billboard singles include "I Need to Know," "Ahora Quién," and "Contra La Corriente."

Anthony is also an acclaimed actor, having appeared in films such as The Substitute (1996), Man on Fire (2004), and El Cantante (2006). He also performed on Broadway in Paul Simon's Capeman (1998) alongside Latin stars Rubén Blades and Ednita Nazario.
