PHOENIX, AZ (ViaStar Corp.) - ViaStar Media Corporation. announced today that Viastar Records has signed the cutting edge rock group Hadley to a multi-album recording contract. The album 'Seventy-One the Beautiful' will be released in late September and will showcase the band's most popular music. Through their dynamic live performances Hadley has established a strong and loyal fan base throughout Canada and the East Coast. The fall release will be Hadley's first internationally distributed album since being formed over eight years ago.
Previously, Hadley tested the U.S. market with an independently released album, scoring them strong radio airplay with more than 230 CMJ (College Music Journal) Radio stations, including twenty-five 'Top 10' and four No 1 chart positions. In addition, Hadley recently charted a single, which climbed 23 spots in a single week to reach Canada's 'Top Ten' charts.

ViaStar Record's release from Hadley includes 'Touch The Sky', currently featured in 'Adrenaline Rush; The Science of Risk', a globally distributed IMAX film. The song is also used in the trailer for the film's radio and television promotions. Hadley's ViaStar debut album will contain a hidden track, which was No 1 on the Canadian music charts.

With an official release date of September 21, 2004, ViaStar will ramp up its marketing efforts with the single 'Keepsake' in anticipation of a U.S. tour by the band. Throughout the 18-month campaign the Company will market at least three singles to a variety of radio formats while bringing the Hadley 'live show' to new and vast audiences worldwide.
'These are true rock stars!' stated ViaStar CEO John D. Aquilino, 'It's been a long time since the music industry and fans of rock and roll have experienced a band with this much energy, pure musicianship and explosive performances. We expect that both the media and rock fans will embrace Hadley and that ViaStar will enjoy a successful venture with the band.'
