Savages Releases New Video For "Shut Up"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The Savages has dropped an expressive short film for their gutsy new track, "Shut Up"! Directed by Giorgio Testi and presented by Digital Daze, the five-minute clip focuses on a shadowy-yet-ballsy performance prefaced with an existential narrative by singer Jehnny Beth.

"We live in an age of many stimulations. If you're focused, you're harder to reach. If you're distracted, you're available," she intones, adding: "Perhaps having deconstructed everything, we should be thinking about putting everything back together."

Savages debut full-length album 'Silence Yourself,' will hit stores on May 7, 2013 (via Matador Records).
