Philadelphia's top teenage rock bands go head-to-head for Rock the Vote

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA. (www.musictrainingcenter.com) - Twelve of the Philadelphia area's top original rock bands will take the stage in a live concert event on September 11, 2004 to benefit Rock the Vote, a national non-profit, non-partisan organization, which increases voter awareness by holding events throughout the United States.
The live concert will take place from 11 am - 5 pm at The Music Training Center in the Plymouth Square Shopping Center in Conshohocken, PA featuring performances by the area's most talented unsigned young rock bands. Tickets are available on location for $7.00 on the day of the event.

The show will feature 12 teenage Rock bands that were named winners of the Philadelphia Teen Rock Showcase (https://www.teenrockshowcase.com) in 2003-2004.
The Teen Rock Showcase is a monthly music competition put on by the Music Training Center and Grape Street Philadelphia, and sponsored by Guitar Center of Plymouth Meeting, the largest retailer of music instruments in the United States.
The Philadelphia Teen Rock Showcase is a unique opportunity for exposure to bands that write and perform original Rock music. The Showcase provides bands with high-quality performance venues, professional recordings, and the potential for air play on local radio stations.
