Coast 2 Coast Presents The "Notepad E.P" By ProfoundArtisan

Miami, FL (Top40 Charts/ Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes) The collective group ProfoundArtisan have released the "Notepad E.P" mixtape. The 8 track project, presented by Coast 2 Coast Mixtape Promotion, is now available for download. Artists Sherif, I.Q and V have put out the project to show their creativity and that they can offer something outside of the box.

ProfoundArtisan hails from Houston, Texas. The group is comprised of solo artists Sherif Omotunwashe, Marc "I.Q" Drew and Adam "V" Viges who are determined to preserve creativity in music and in art. Influenced by Lauryn Hill, Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, J. Cole and Big L they want to make their mark in the music industry.

Music started out as a hobby for ProfoundArtisan until they recently decided to take their craft seriously. Sherif is a rapper, engineer, producer and artist. He has won multiple awards for his paintings and drawings. I.Q will be releasing his solo project soon. His extensive vocabulary allows him to standout among competition. V will also be releasing his solo project soon. His creative flow and freestyles give him an edge over other rappers.

To date, ProfoundArtisan's music has been played at various colleges around Texas, they've received over 5,000 views on YouTube for their video "HandGrenade," had their single "HandGrenade" become a trending topic on Twitter in the Houston area, and more. They want to prove that rappers from Texas have talent and have great lyrically ability.

"We want people to realize that rapping is a form of art and should be treated as such," says ProfoundArtisan.
