NEW YORK (Official Fans Website) - Duff scored No1 Most Added out of the box at Top 40 radio this week with "Fly," the advance track from her eponymously titled album, set for release September 28 on Hollywood Records. And, according to R&R, she earned it with such major markets as Los Angeles, New York, Detroit, Seattle, San Diego and Boston.

A video for "Fly" will premiere on MTV's TRL on August 25. It was directed by Chris Applebaum, who also helmed Duff's videos for "Our Lips Are Sealed" and "So Yesterday" - both No 1 at TRL.

September 28 is a doubly special day for Hilary. It's not only the release of her second album, but it's also her 17th birthday.

Duff's debut album, Metamorphosis (Hollywood Records) was released August 26, 2003. It scored No1 on the Billboard Top 200 and has sold more than 3.3 million copies. Duff most recently had four new tracks, plus a duet with her sister Haylie, on the soundtrack album to "A Cinderella Story," also from Hollywood Records. That album debuted at No1 on the Billboard soundtrack chart (and Top Ten on the Billboard Top 200) chart following its release on July 13.
Duff is currently in the midst of her first major tour, The Most Wanted Tour, with 36 predominately sold out arena dates. Haylie Duff is the opener.
