Post Season Featuring Jake Langley (ex Handguns) And members Of Nothing To Prove
LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts) Post Season hails from Altoona, PA and is made up of Jake Langley, founding and recently departed member of Handguns, and four existing members of Altoona Pa based pop punk band Nothing To Prove. The lineup is as follows Dan Tippery on lead vocals, Shawn Dearmitt on lead guitar and backing vocals , Jake Langley on rhythm guitar, Chris Wills on bass and Jared Middleton on drums.

When Langley joined, Nothing To Prove decided they wanted to changed their name and then released a first single entitled "To Infinity & Beyond" produced and engineered by Sadie & Kory Gable along with Carl & Travis Hill. Since that time Langley has moved in with lead singer Dan Tippery in Altoona and the band has written loads more songs and recorded two more tracks at The Looking Glass (Gable, Hill) in Atlanta GA.

Needless to say they are hitting the ground running. Post Season are slated to self-release "To Infinity & Beyond" along with two brand new tracks entitled "Ducks Fly Together" and "Accidental Damage From Handling" in digital format on postseasonband.bandcamp.com and a physical CD release via their own label IDGRE (which stands for 'I Don't Give A Recordings') on postseason.bigcartel.com on Dec 18th and then soon after on 7' with Broken Rim Records. They have three record release shows booked on Dec 15, 16, 17 in Cambridge MA at All Asia Bar (334 Massachusetts Ave) doors at 1pm, in Middletown NY at Sounds Asylum (59 North St.) doors at 6pm and at The Archway Center in Altoona PA (401 5th Ave.) with Hit The Lights, A Loss for Words, With The Punches, State Champs and The Big Time, doors at 5pm.

After the holidays Post Season are embarking on a 45 date full US tour with New Haven CT powerhouse The Tired & True ( Broken Rim Records and Eulogy Recordings.)
