Zimbabwean Born Emcee Kulez Continues His Worldwide Takeover With The Release Of "Pawn Star" - A Dubstep Anthem Ready For International Listening
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Sticky Toffee PR) In 2006, aged just 16 years old, Kulez began street battling on jumpoff.tv and went on to perform at the biggest hip-hop festival in the world - Scribble Jam, where he competed for the $5000 prize that was up for grabs in front off 10,000 people. His performance at this global event ensured his name went down in history. By becoming the only entrant to hail from the United Kingdom, as well as the youngest ever competitor, his name is stamped in Scribble Jam history with superstars such as Eminem, Rhymefest, Eyedea, Juice, Sage Fracnis, Mac Lethal and The Saurus.

Late 2007, a 17 year-old Kulez went up against Chester P from Taskforce at Fight Klub, hosted by 1Xtra's Ras Kwame. With 5 judges, Kulez got two votes, from Dan Greenpeace (Alliance records) and Big Ted (Kiss FM), and soon after the talented emcee entered the studio with one half of Stinkahbell, Nutty P, to record his debut single 'Smell the Tea'. The single earned respect from Dizziee Rascal's tour disc jockey, DJ Semtex.

By 2009 Kulez, also known as Kuda, had toured the globe as a supporting act to household names such, Sway, Skepta, Flux Pavilion, DJ Green Lantern, Rusko, Jehst, Foreign Beggars, Plastician, Michael Parkinson, Ghetto, Devlin, Logan D, Stig, Dr.Syntax, Sonnyjim, R.A the Ruggedman, Kosyne, Jack Flash and many more.

Since then, Kulez and his music have been continuously played on MTV Base, 1Xtra, Channel U, Kiss 100 FM, BBC Radio and a whole load of pirate radio stations.

"Pawn Star" is the latest single from Kulez, and sees him deliver an energetic vocal performance about living life as a "pawn" star. Featuring a dubstep fused beat, the anthemic single is destined to get people in clubs bouncing around.

Still unsigned, Kulez has promised "You won't hear the eerie baritone hollers of Ladysmith Black Mambazo, but the dubstep and D'n'B influence with a hint of grime and a whole load of hip-hop lyricism" on his debut album, so keep your eyes peeled for this.
