BRISBANE: Oztix will automatically refund the credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed.
MELBOURNE: If you purchased your ticket/s online or over the phone through Ticketmaster you will receive an automatic refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.
Any patrons that bought tickets from a retail outlet will need to return to the point of purchase within 5 Business Days with photo ID to obtain cash refund
SYDNEY: For all tickets booked through TICKETMASTER, by web or phone, the credit card used will automatically be refunded. Please allow 5 days to process. If the original credit card used has since been cancelled or is no longer valid, please contact Ticketmasteron 136100 by 5pm on Tuesday 10 September to arrange a cheque.
If you made your booking at a Ticketmaster outlet please return to the point of purchase with your ticket(s), credit card used (where applicable) and ID to obtain your refund.
