MABLETON, GA. (Marble House Amphitheatre announcement) - Mary Wilson, one of the original Supremes, graces the Mable House Stage with her dynamic vocals. Bring your "Baby Love" to the Mable House Amphitheatre for an evening of soulful Motown hits from one of the world's most successful trios in history, the Supremes. Growing up together as children, Diana Ross, Mary Wilson and Florence Ballard formed the Supremes in their teens. As their popularity grew, they began working with many different groups and people to expand their talents in poise, music and performance, as well as songwriting.
The girls successfully teamed up with the writing talents of Holland - Dozier - Holland. With hits like, "Stop, In the Name of Love," "Baby Love," "My World Is Empty Without You," and "Come and See About Me," the Supremes' success took off, and they began to produce hit after hit.

Forty albums later, the Supremes have been called one of the most powerful and influential pop groups with some of the most far-reaching appeal in history.
In 1988, Mary Wilson performed with Mick Jagger, George Harrison and Ringo Starr when the Supremes were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Currently, Mary Wilson and her Supremes spend time touring and performing the Supremes' historic and dynamic hits to old and new fans, while continuing to speak and stay involved with several charities and non-profit organizations. Mary Wilson continues to live by the philosophy that she quotes saying, "Dreams do come true. I live by the philosophy that dreams don't die; people just stop dreaming."
