7Horse Sets Western U.S. Tour To Support Band's New Album, "Let The 7Horse Run"
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts / 7Horse) 7Horse today announced a four-state western tour, bringing its loud, passionate, down-and-sweaty brand of blues-inflected modern rock to eight cities in support of the band's latest album, Let the 7Horse Run, and the release of its latest single, "Meth Lab Zoso Sticker."

7Horse - comprised of drummer Phil Leavitt and guitarist Joie Calio, who were two-thirds of the alternative rock group dada - kicks off the tour Thursday, July 26, in Santa Rosa, Calif., at the KRSH Backyard BBQ free outdoor show. That will be followed July 27 with a performance at Jambalaya in Arcata, Calif., and July 31 at the High Dive in Seattle, Wash.

On Aug. 1, the Los Angeles-based duo will appear in Sandpoint, Idaho, at Connie's Cafe for KPND's "Pint Night" concert series; on Aug. 2 at Mt. Tabor Theater in Portland, Ore.; on Aug. 4 at the 4&20 Blackbird Music Festival in Weed, Calif.; Aug. 5 at the Red Devil Lounge in San Francisco; and Aug. 10 at the Viper Room in Los Angeles.

A national tour is scheduled for the fall.
Since the release of Let the 7Horse Run, the band has been added to playlists at over 30 TripleA and Alternative radio stations around the country, despite having no support from a major record company. They recently performed live on SiriusXm's Loft station.

Critics have called the band's sound "raucous, raw, on the spot and gripping," and Calio has said the new album has "more of a Stones and less of a Beatles feel" compared to his and Leavitt's earlier work with dada. In addition to the Stones, Let the 7Horse Run also recalls bands ranging from Led Zeppelin to the Black Keys.

Let the 7Horse Run is available on iTunes and in selected record stores. For further information about the band, the tour, and the music, visit www.7horsemusic.com.
