Breakerbox Release Debut "These Are Strange Days"; Open For Seether On July 12 In Buffalo, NY

The Buffalo natives prove #RockisAlive on their first record These Are Strange Days available now via all digital retailers.

BREAKERBOX is the brain child of singer/songwriter Christina DeNee' and drummer / producer Scott Calandra. This rock/pop/electronica duo intertwine unique funk driven synth work, strong melodic guitar and integral rock drumming to create a sound that pushes the envelope of female fronted rock music. Producer Scott Calandra's blend of funk, rock and dance in his mixes give BREAKERBOX an edge totally unique to the music industry today.

At a time when true female rock vocalists are a rarity, along comes Christina DeNee' armed with power rock / soul-singed vocals that put the R-O-C-K into the seven songs featured on These Are Strange Days. Tracks on the record include "Soul to Life," "Melody," "Miss You," " Mariah," "Lose Your Mind," "New York," and the single "Nobody Gets Me" -- an aggressive yet funk saturated rock song that combines heavy, melodic guitars, synth driven bass lines and a strong groove.
