Usher Scores Fourth No 1 Album On Billboard 200 With 'Looking 4 Myself'
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Usher's newest album "Looking 4 Myself," sold 128,000 albums in its first week, putting him at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. Top40 Charts reports that this was far less than 2010's Raymond v Raymond, which debuted at No. 1 with an amazing 329,000 copies. The new album earned Usher's lowest sales during a debut week since 1997's My Way sold just 67,000 copies in its first week.
Although "Looking 4 Myself" did not stack up to his last albums numbers, Usher can still be proud of his chart topping history.

Top40 Charts notes that this was another awful week for album sales, which are down 3 percent so far, compared to last year. Sales of singles keep climbing, though, and are up 6 percent over last year.

Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" topped the Digital Songs Chart again, selling 292,000 downloads. Maroon 5's "Payphone" also stayed at No. 2 with 230,000 copies sold.
