LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Purple PR) The Enemy will release new single 'Like A Dancer' on 23rd July from their third album 'Streets in the Sky', which charted at #9, out now. The band will also be headlining one of the nights at Somerset House Summer Series on 13th July.

'Like A Dancer', which is the follow-up to the bands first single 'Saturday' and free download release 'Gimme The Sign', is a melodic, indie pop anthem with heavy guitars backed by harmonious keys and Tom's demanding sing-a-long vocals. It is insanely catchy and is most definitely a summer festival anthem which will have fans belting out the chorus en masse.

'Streets in the Sky' is the bands third album and according to the band, their best yet. Recorded in London and LA with Joby J. Ford from seminal US punk band The Bronx, the 12-track album has the signature Enemy anthemic guitar sound yet it is much heavier than the last two albums. It charted at #9 in its first week of release, which is the third Top 10 album for the band.

The Enemy formed in hometown Coventry in 2006 by three friends; Andy Hopkins (25, bass), Liam Watts (24, drums) and Tom Clarke (24, vocals/guitar). Their first single '40 days, 40 nights' sold out all 1000 copies of its limited edition 7" in less than a day and signaled only the start for The Enemy. Their debut 2007 album 'We'll Live and Die in These Towns' charted at #1 selling over 600,000 copies with big singles 'Away From Here' (Top 10) and 'Had Enough' (Top 5) gaining the band an army of diehard fans. Their second album 'Music For The People' was released in 2009 and charted very strongly at #2 with hit 'Be Somebody' continued to be used on ITV's FA Cup coverage.

To date, the Enemy have sold over half a million tickets for their live gigs. The band celebrated the release of their third album with two gigs in their hometown of Coventry along with performing in Manchester, Glasgow andLondon at O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire. The tour followed the bands performance at the FA Cup Final on the roof of Wembley Stadium. The Enemy will be appearing at summer festivals including T in the Park and V Festival along with headlining one of the nights at Somerset House Summer Series.
