 NEW YORK (Playbaker press release) - Recently Playbaker, a brand-new online music-portal, was launched. Playbaker is a world-wide market-place for music, trading in licenses for public performance as well as private entertainment. We created Playbaker due to our experiences as musicians and producers. The prospective customer's qualitative selection is assisted by Playbaker's own ranking system. The system is convenient and comprehensive at the same time. The artist is given extensive tools for his publications at hand: mp3-data-files of songs can be placed in an auction (meant for excluisive licenses such as movie scores etc.) or - in addition to it - be put in Playbaker's ranking system. If a title is put in the ranking system, its price as well as its position in the surveys is determined by its numbers of downloads. A song's license perimeters can be modified individually, hence acquierer's rights can be specified particularly as well. Samples of each track for the public area are created automatically.
Also available is an evaluation-scheme based on our members' feedback as well as the administration of sold and acquired licenses in a personal log in-area: after being purchased, songs can be downloaded there immediately, too.
