International Recording Artist, Tinashe Partners With Russell Simmons To Premiere The Music Video For Mixtape Standout "This Feeling"
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ Nicole Miller Agency) Singer/songwriter and actress, Tinashe premieres her first official music video for the infectious melody "This Feeling" exclusively on Russell Simmons website GlobalGrind.com. In February of 2012, Tinashe released her mixtape entitled "In Case We Die" immediately receiving rave reviews and garnering close to a million downloads.

Set in Los Angeles, California, director Cole Walliser (P!NK, Katy Perry, The Weeknd) captures the raw spirit of "This Feeling" and brings it to life showcasing Tinashe's dance abilities, her sex appeal and flirtatious personality.

Being an independent artist, Tinashe's story is only just beginning. With a college tour in the works, and superstar collaborations in the making, Tinashe has truly emerged and you can expect to see more of her.

On February 1st, 2012, nineteen year-old singing sensation, Tinashe released her debut mixtape, entitled 'IN CASE WE DIE' . The mixtape serves as introduction to Tinashe's solo work, following her mega-successful run as lead singer of The Stunners, an all-girl group that opened up for Justin Bieber on his international "My World" tour, and performed for nationwide audiences on 'THE TODAY SHOW' and 'THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW'.

Tinashe spent eighteen straight days working on the project, which she wrote, produced, and recorded herself, in the confines of her bedroom. She explains: "I was very inspired by the thought of a lover's last words before death- bearing their soul and their secrets before it was too lateā€¦and trying to capture that half-fear we all secretly have that the inevitable is sooner than we are ready for."

Prior to the release of the mixtape, Tinashe kept herself bubbling in the mainstream through her covers of Lil Wayne's "How To Love" and Rihanna's "We Found Love", which have collectively received over one million YouTube views, and her unique "ASK TINASHE" viral question-and-answer series. She also sang the theme song for the CW NETWORK'S, "Shedding For The Wedding", and had a recurring role on CBS hit show "Two and a Half Men" playing Celeste (Jake's Girlfriend).
