LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Earshot Media) Italy's IF I DIE TODAY was formed in Mondovi (CN) in 2007. After only two months, the band recorded their first self-titled EP and soon after started a promotional tour that brought them to share the stage with the band This is a Standoff (ex-Belvedere, Canadian melodic hardcore band). In November 2007, IF I DIE TODAY recorded their first full length that came out in March of 2008 produced by Sin Records and distributed throughout Italy by Wynona Records. The album garnered critical acclaim and sold vey well. At the same time IF I DIE TODAY began a promotional tour that led them to perform in many of the best Italian clubs and in some of the best summer festivals of the year including the Caserta Rock Fest, Durden Festival and Beach Day Out Punk Vol I.

In August 2009 the band headed back into the studio (Sick Boy Studio / Rome) to record three other songs for an EP called "You Are Alone." The success of that EP led to a support slot on Snapcase's reunion tour.

If I Die Today then released "Liars" (recorded at Studio Fusix in Turin) produced as a joint venture with Wynona Records and Ammonia Records. The band decided to distribute the album for free and donate any type of revenue arising from the offerings for the album to an no profit association.

Two videos followed this album: "Ships In the Wood", presented on Rock TV's Database, and "Poison" that was included on the Rock TV programs Italians and New Rock.

"Liars" got excellent reviews from the press throughout Europe and United States and If I die today began a long promotional tour in all the best clubs of Italy, Hungary, France and England (tour organized by Legacy Agency).

During the Italian tour the band was asked to open for Sum 41's Italian shows at the Concordia Theatre in Turin and Estragon in Bologna.
On 4th September the band had the honor of taking the stage at '"I-Day 2011" and shared the stage with Offspring, Taking Back Sunday, Simple Plan, No Use For A Name, Face To Face.

The band recently dropped their latest, "Postcards From The Abyss", (recorded at Studio Fusix in Turin) and have planned tour throughout Europe in support of the release.

The band is currently looking for a label deal in the US. Any label inquiries can be directed to: [email protected].
