About: Dubai may be known as a city rich in history, a business hub and the home of the tallest structure in the world, but it's also the birthplace of one of the first death metal bands to come out of the Middle East.
Dubai is where, in the late 1990s, guitarist Alex Zubair and drummer Alan Madhavan came together to form Nephelium, guided by the sole vision of a band comprised of equal parts complexity and brutality.
