50 Cent steps off the stage and into the gym by introducing the
G-Unit G xt Cross-Trainer by Rbk. With a two-hour a day workout regimen,
50 Cent commands footwear equipped to handle his intense daily training schedule, which includes running, biking and weight lifting.
To meet 50's unique needs, Reebok created the ultimate cross-trainer for him and the rest of the G-Unit to outperform in on stage. Hitting stores on July 2nd, 50 Cent and Rbk debut a hip-hop-inspired cross-trainer that effectively uses the straight-from-the-street attitude with 50 Cent's hardcore workout lifestyle.
Featuring an old-school cross-training silhouette in sleek leather with micro mesh detailing, the G xt insole is packed with a breathable, cushion insert to provide comfort and extra support. G xt contains Hexalite technology for lightweight support and the sole features a skeletal tread with a pivot point at the in-step to allow for accelerated range of motion.
Available for men only in white/red, white/navy and black/sheer grey/white colorways for a suggested retail price of $90, the G xt cross-trainer is designed to perform on the court, in the gym and on the road.
The November 2003 launch of 50 Cent's first sneaker, the G6 Low, created a buying frenzy and the shoes sold out in major markets such as New York, Philadelphia and London.
