Rapper LaPret Releases New Music Video "Love Standby"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ LaPret World Music) Washington, D.C. Rapper and former Political Candidate Larry "LaPret" Pretlow released the official music video for his new single "Love Standby" via YouTube today.

"You can't keep love standing by" - says Rapper LaPret on his all-new Rap Soul record called, "Love Standby", the sexy rap ballad about declaring a lifetime unconditional love for an significant other despite being kicked to the curb or misunderstood. a

The song was written by LaPret and produced by independent Music Producer Flawless.

LaPret's performance on the record has drawn comparisons of the rapper's lyrical swag to that of his biggest musical influence The Notorious B.I.G.

Directed by DaMar Jackson for LaPret World Music, the music video was filmed in early January 2012 in the North East, Washington, D.C. "River Terrace" community, where LaPret was born and raised.

LaPret's love interest his portrayed by real-life friend Amber Booze. Not forgetting to mention that up-and-coming Rapper Mizz Redz whom of which is LaPret's real-life niece and formerly of the rap group PROFOUND INTENT also makes a cameo appearance.

In February an exclusive version of the single will be released to iTunes. The single will also be released to radio.
