BRITs Announcement: Details Of Nominations Launch This Thursday 12th January

LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Dawbell PR) As the excitement builds before this year's hugely anticipated BRIT Awards 2012, the nominations will be announced this week in an exclusive press launch party at The Savoy Hotel.

The launch will take place on Thursday 12th January. It will be hosted by Greg James with an introduction made by BRITs host James Corden and will feature exclusive live performances on the night from Ed Sheeran and the 2012 Critics' Choice winner Emeli Sande.

All the nominations for The BRIT Awards 2012 will be announced during the evening in front of the specially invited live audience. In what is now becoming a BRITs tradition, the launch event will also see last year's Critics Choice Winner Jessie J present this year's winner Emeli Sande with the coveted award.

The BRIT Awards 2012 with Mastercard will be held on Tuesday 21st February at The O2 Arena and will be exclusively broadcast live on ITV1.
