15 Year Old Spencer Kane Nominated For Two National Music Awards

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ All Indie Magazine) A committee comprised of 12 media and music industry professionals for the All Indie Music Awards Show (www.aimusicawards.com) has nominated Spencer Kane (Hess) of Kendallville, IN for Best Pop Artist and Best Solo Artist of 2011. The 2012 event will take place February 10 at the Key Club (on the Sunset Strip) in Hollywood, California.

Spencer is currently working on new original music and performing live in and around Northeast Indiana after releasing his first three EP singles and their official music videos (www.youtube.com/SpencerKaneMusic) since July of this year. His latest release, "KNOWING" is gaining radio play in Australia, U.K. and several worldwide online stations including Jango.com. Just starting his music career in 2009, Spencer's original music has already garnered several positive reviews from industry magazines and review websites.

"I don't know what to say", commented Spencer when asked about the nominations. "It's pretty crazy that so many fans are supporting my music around the world and now this makes it even more special," he added.

Spencer is managed by his parents who have been coordinating his live performances and promotion in general.

The All Indie Music Awards Show coordinators have planned the ceremony the same week as the Grammys as a celebration of the best unsigned and independent artists in the world. The winners of each category will be determined by January 31, 2012 and be a result of a combination of fans votes along with the panel of 12 professionals in the media, music management, and radio industry.
