NEW YORK (Eminem Fans Website) - The Source fought Eminem and Eminem won! The hip hop magazine has been ordered to foot Em's legal bills after it violated a federal court order not to publish full versions of some racially charged lyrics.
The rapper was granted an injunction blocking the magazine's plan to include a free CD in their February issue featuring and old track with the lyric "black girls are dumb, and white girls are good chicks". The Source owner Ray Benzino accused Eminem of being racist.

But Eminem says the recordings were "foolishness" that he made as a teenager out of anger and frustration after breaking up with a black girlfriend.
