South By Southwest Music Announces Keynote Speaker For 2012

Austin, Texas (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) The South By Southwest Music and Media Conference and Festival is thrilled to announce Bruce Springsteen as keynote speaker for the 2012 event. The keynote will take place on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Austin Convention Center, the hub of SXSW Music events.

Springsteen's artistry has drawn worldwide acclaim and honors. His recordings include time-tested classics of rock and acoustic-based albums celebrating folk traditions. His live shows are truly fervent celebrations of the communal power of music. As SXSW fosters connection and communication in the music community, this event will undoubtedly further those aims in an unique conference session.
