New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Lick Library) Guitar Idol Live, the premier global guitar talent contest, has announced the twelve finalists for 2011 Guitar Idol Final. They have been chosen from over a thousand original entries, from all over the world - Singapore, Guatemala, Chile, Canada, Israel, Romania, Russia, Germany, France, Italy and the UK and represent all types of guitar playing and music. There will be amazing acoustic players, serious shredders, brilliant blues guitarists, melodic metal maestros, as well as fabulous funk groove masters and much, much more. There is something for everyone.
The Guitar Idol Live Final is part of Lick Library Live, and will be held on December 4th at the Relentless Garage, Islington, London, N5 1RD between 3.00pm and 10.30pm. Tickets are priced only £15 and includes a free Lick Library DVD worth over £20 from a selection including Learn to Play Gary Moore, Van Halen, Rolling Stones, Steve Vai, Lick Library Quick Licks and other guitar techniques DVDs!!
