SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (American Music Co. [AMC] press release) - AMC American Music Corp. announces the highly anticipated international worldwide release of Gangsta's solo album featuring platinum recording artist, actor and motion picture executive producer Ice Cube.

AMC has acquired the exclusive worldwide foreign distribution rights of Gangsta's solo album featuring Ice Cube. This album's international commercial release is planned for August 2004. Gangsta is a well-known member of the recording group the Comrades. As part of this acquisition, AMC received two complete music videos featuring singles from Gangsta's album.

Gangsta was introduced to consumers as a featured artist on various Ice Cube and Mac-10 albums. He later became a member of the multi-platinum selling artist, Mac-10's group, known as the Comrades. This album is Gangsta's first solo album.
