Theory Of A Deadman Goes Top 10 With New Album
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ RoadRunner Records) Theory of a Deadman's fourth album, The Truth Is..., has leapt onto the Billboard Top 200 albums chart at No 8, scanning over 37,000 units in its first week. The album also reached the No 2 spot on the iTunes Rock Album charts, and the track "Hurricane" hit No 9 on the iTunes Rock Songs Chart, selling over 10,000 units without being officially released as a single.

The Truth Is..., released on July 12, was produced by Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, 3 Doors Down) and is the follow-up to the band's platinum-certified Scars and Souvenirs, which was powered by a pair of No 1 singles in "So Happy" and "Bad Girlfriend," as well as "Not Meant To Be" which was Top 5 at Hot AC. That album debuted at No 26 in the Top 200, selling over 21,000 units its first week back in 2008.

"Our fourth album was a blast to make and we thank our amazing fans for picking it up. Hope they have a blast listening to it!" says singer Tyler Connolly.

The first single from the The Truth Is..., "Lowlife," is also flying up the Rock charts. The song is currently No 5 on both the Mainstream Rock and Active Rock formats. It has also sold more than 54,000 singles since its release on iTunes. The "Lowlife" video stars Donal Logue (known for his work on hit television shows such as ER and Grounded For Life) as the title character and antihero.

Theory of a Deadman will be heading out on this summer's Carnival of Madness tour alongside Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Adelita's Way and Emphatic. Sponsored by Monster Energy Drink, the Carnival of Madness Tour will tear through North America for 25+ dates beginning August 13 in Twin Lakes, WI.
