MONTREAL, CANADA (Top40 Charts/ Sennheiser Official Website) Audio manufacturer Sennheiser announced that it is an official sponsor of Heavy MTL 2011 -- North America's premier destination heavy music festival which takes place at Parc Jean-Drapeau on Ile Saint-Helene in Montreal on July 23rd and 24th. Last year, the world-class festival drew 42,500 fans and featured globally recognized bands including Slayer and Megadeth. Throughout Heavy MTL 2011, Sennheiser will maintain a space onsite where festival goers will be able to demo Sennheiser's premium headphones. Also, by signing up on Sennheiser Canada's Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sennheiser-Canada/129577517095569) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/#!/SennheiserCAN) pages, music fans will have the opportunity to enter several contests and get the scoop on headphone giveaways. A Guitar Hero contest will be featured at the booth. Music fans can try their skill at each level: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Contestants from each category will be eligible to win a headphone package to be announced on site.
