New Artist Dowtimo Deemed Hip Hop Face Of Rockland County

Having an energetic personality and distinctive rap ability is not the only aspect that sets Dowtimo from many around him. Born and bred in the Spring Valley area of Rockland County, Dowtimo went through his share of hard times before building a studio by hand and laying down songs for his mixtape "Leap Year".
