LOS ANGELES (Michael Jackson Fans Website) - According to reports, a California grand jury has decided that there is enough evidence for Michael Jackson to stand trial on child sex abuse charges. Jackson's spokeswoman says the singer is looking forward to defending himself "vigorously" against accusations. But Jackson's lawyer hopes it won't come to that. Mark Geragos is expected to challenge the indictment arguing that the atmosphere of extreme secrecy created by authorities intimidated the 25 witnesses and grand jurors. Jackson is due back in court next week, where he will likely be arraigned on the indictment.
