People magazine reports the United Nations' World Intellectual Property Organization has ruled against Visitair, a cell phone company which registered the domain name eminemmobile.com without the rapper's permission.
The site offered Eminem songs as ring tones and his picture as background. The UN decided the domain name was registered in bad faith and transferred the property over to Mr. Mathers.
